Do you realise that you have all you need to be great in God’s kingdom?
We need no sophisticated degree or specialised skill-set, no advanced certification or impressive résumé. Jesus told the Good Samaritan parable because the lawyer got too nuanced in his thinking—leading him to miss to mark.
Rather, we simply need a heart of compassion so we might be the kind of neighbour God has called us to be. That’s how we achieve greatness.
