It’s the Sabbath, and Jesus heals a cripple at Bethesda because He has a task for him. Jesus wants him to get up and break the rules. The man never expresses faith or seeks forgiveness; he never even thinks to ask who Jesus is. In fact as soon as he finds out His name, this man turns Jesus in to the authorities! What’s going on?
